Turbo “Wastegate Rattle” Repair – Fiesta ST MK8

The ST MK8 turbo can suffer from a common age related wear on the wastegate arm and bush. This is often known as the “wastegate rattle”.  Symptoms include a rattle noise from the turbo area on idle and often a sluggish turbo response with a lack of boost as the issue results in a poor seal from the wastegate flap. The Sabre wastegate repair resolves this issue allowing for correct operation with an extended life.

This service is for the wastegate repair only. Your turbo will not receive any other work beyond what is required to complete the wastegate repair unless you select the “Full Turbo Refurbishment” option. You are required to send the complete turbo from your car, an exchange service is not provided.
