The Sabre 400RS turbo doubles up with exceptional stock like response and true power potential for 400bhp+. Where the original turbo is limited to 300-310bhp with a sharp drop off in torque at higher revs, the 400RS offers a full powerband from 3000-7000rpm with exceptional drivabilty and control. It further benefits from a being a direct fit to existing hardware, no changes required.
Each turbo is brand new and built to Sabre specification featuring the following upgrades:
Sabre 400RS turbo
– New core with 360 thrust bearing + stagger gap seals
– New modified turbine wheel + shaft
– New custom billet compressor wheel
– New custom actuator
– Machining + balancing
No further hardware upgrades are required beyond the typical Stage 2 level in order to achieve 330-350bhp. For optimal performance up to 400+bhp it will require and uprated HPFP (or AUX fuel), injectors, camshafts and/or water meth injection. A forged engine is also recommended for the higher levels with increased torque.
Sabre Stage 3 mapping has been developed to fully optimise the Sabre 400RS turbo so you can complete the package with one upgrade.

Absolutely blown away by Sabre Tuning. I went for their 400RS turbo setup with Stage 3 mapping and the transformation is unreal. The power delivery is savage but still extremely smooth, it just pulls endlessly through the gears. Proper night and day difference compared to before.
The tuning itself is nothing short of wizardry, everything feels dialled in perfectly with relentless performance. You can tell a lot of knowledge and care has gone into getting it right.
On top of that, the service has been spot on from start to finish. Leighton has been incredibly helpful throughout, always happy to answer questions and explain things properly, no matter how small. That kind of support makes a huge difference.
